Restaurant and Shop Salento 100%, Milano
Description
Interior design project for Salento 100% restaurant and shop. This interior project named ‘Salento 100%’ was done for a restaurant of typical Salentine cuisine. As a result, the design was done to represent the colors, materials and spirit of this southern Italian region. Meals are prepared in the kitchen a vista. The shop sells traditional products from Salento, as well as art objects made of Salento stone. The project itself was a part of thesis project prepared during Interior Design Studies at IED Milano (The Istituto Europeo di Design).
